bb4444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bb4444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bb4444.
On termination for cause, bb4444 may forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. On termination not for cause (e.g., platform withdrawal from a market), bb4444 will return verified real-money balances to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
